live at $125.00 each.
The deposit is $ 50.00.
If you want it slaughtered, skinned and split in half, the fee is an additional $ 50.00.
If you want it cut, wrapped, etc. our butcher can do it for an additional fee.
There is an extra charge for smoked meat.
We can also wrap each side - if you want to split a whole lamb with someone.
The lambs sell very fast and since they are born only twice a year, supplies are limited.
1/2 sides of lamb, cut & wrapped ready to go $95.00.
Select cuts of lamb are sold
for $10.00 per pound.
