I understand that natural, organic, humane and sustainable

I understand that gardening
in Florida may limit the selection of available products seasonally.
I understand that the payment structure works out to an
average of $ 25 per week Veggie, $30 per week Combo, but that does NOT suggest or imply the
share value will be $25/$30 each and every week.It will vary with the seasons and may be more or perhaps less on a
given week(s).
I understand CSA members have priority
to purchase additional meats and veggies when available.
I understand I am purchasing quality and value and that this program does not intend to compete price
wise with retail outlets or other Farmer’s Markets, but offers fresh and safe shares of food each week for one year.
I understand that “Our Farm” program will provide
recipes and other information on produce preparation so that I may become acquainted with new and different produce to further
enjoy the experience of farm fresh local foods. OPEN enrollment is available throughout the year on the first of any
week. We offer quarterly, bi-annual & annual payments. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, PayPal & American Express.

I understand: Each week the share will be different in
variety and quantity, depending on the season and its weekly harvest. Your share bag will be bagged and ready to go on your
chosen pick up day, Thursday 2 to 5pm, Friday 2 to 5p.m. OR Saturday 2- 5p.m. Should
you need that to be adjusted occasionally we will be happy to work with you. (There may also be adjustments made for holidays.)
While it’s not possible to customize every member’s share, we do offer a “Veggie Only” share and a
meat/veggie/egg “Combo” share. You may also purchase other/additional items at the farm. We
are trying to keep it user friendly and as always will do our best to keep our customers happy. You can almost always reach
me or Mike with any questions, suggestions or concerns. Compliments are welcome too! We do not have any long term production
history; however, we have been running this farm with the same practices, ethics and professional customer service since 1992.
We have many customers that have been shopping here for years and keep returning along with all the new ones that find us
– we must be doing something RIGHT!
I understand that should I be
unable to participate in our CSA program for any reason, I am still responsible for complete payment
of this contract. I may transfer this membership to another party with written approval from Mike or Dee Blaha. At no
